A good friend wanted to duet this song with someone, so I volunteered. I figured, why not also translate it? He is a big fan of 戦隊・sentai (squadron) and 特撮・tokusatsu ("special photography") stuff, and this song in particular is from 炎神戦隊ゴーオンジャー・Engine Sentai Go-Onger. In English, the title of this song is "Take Off! Go-On Wings".

Translator's notes

As with my other translations, this is probably riddled with errors! But I did my best.

I took some liberties with several phrases. Some noteworthy ones:

For 「寄り添い合うように 重ね合ってBeat & Soul」, this literally means something like "Beat and soul overlapping as if cuddling up to together". I decided that sounded strange and phrased instead as "Intertwined as if one, Beat & Soul".

「翼がある」literally means "There are wings" or "There exist wings", but I think "I have wings" sounds better.

The さ at the end of phrases like 「翼はあるさ」 tends to get translated as "you know" or "you see". It adds emphasis or an emphatic tone. I figured a "!" instead more naturally fit the phrasing of the song.

ブレイク 身の程知らないで とにかく 足手まといな奴ら

Here I decided to interpret both phrases as having 足手まといな奴ら as the subject.

ゴールド・go-or-ru-do and シルバー・shirubaa are "gold" and "silver" in katakana, though in my studies I've always heard and seen 金・kin and 銀’・gin used, respectively. I then remembered "Gold" and "Silver" are the names of the brother-sister pair of rangers in the show. For this reason, I capitalized "GOLD" and "SILVER". Similarly, in Japanese it's sometimes not explicitly said – in particular this song – whether the subject is "I" or "we" or even someone else. I switch between "I" and "we" where it made the most sense to me, given this song is sung as a duet with the brother-sister pair in mind.

キラキラ and ブレイク are the roll calls of the characters. Literally they mean "Glittering" or "Sparkling", and "Break", as in "break through" or "break free", respectively. The former likely refers to the metallic glistening of the characters' armor. I decided to just keep the Japanese pronunciations, romanized, in my translation, since the literal meanings didn't seem to fit the overall vibe of the song in English (in my opinion). "Glittering!" just sounds a little silly, though "Break!" doesn't seem unnatural; but then, I wanted to balance the translations for both as a pair.
